Another round of modifications/updates related to resources :
- ->resource[x].start turns into pci_resource_start (1),
- tests converted to IORESOURCE_{IO/MEM} where needed in the files touched
by (1),
- added some pci_enable_device where they seemed to miss after a pci_find_xx
(BusLogic does various different loops for exemple). One may be needed in
drivers/nets/sunhme.c.
- noticed drivers/net/sunhme.c returns ENODEV. -> turned into -ENODEV,
- isa/sbus/compat with <2.3.xxxi/ specific sections of could should have been
kept intact,
- modifications related to MODULE_{INC/DEC}_USE_COUNT in drivers/video/pm2fb.c
So far, it still compiles.
