ATA-UP lock and load, all night long.......

Short I am kick ~1.2M ATA/ATAPI IO's interrupts every 10 minutes.
That is ~7.2M per hour.........

Yes the devices on IRQ 9 is are U66 and U66+

Going to kill it now and try the noapic version.....
