[CFT][PATCH] dcache threading - alpha patch

        Patch makes most of dcache SMP-safe, ditto for the lookup code.
Help in testing needed - so far it seems to work, but it needs much more
testing. Feel free to try this sucker, just keep it away from your
critical data. I'll be very grateful for any feedback.

        Patch lives on ftp.math.psu.edu/pub/viro/dcache-ac2-A.gz and it is
against 2.4.0-test1-ac2.
