Just download the bttv package from
http://me.in-berlin.de/~kraxel/bttv
and install it that way. That's what I did. There are people messing with
the bttv sources and Linus disabled the config option because it wont
compile in its current state. Im sure once Gerd et al get the sources
back into a reasonable state, they will reenable the config option.
