OnStream DI-30: firmware downgrade no help

Just another bit of info. I just tried downgrading my DI-30's
firmware from 1.06 to 1.05 (which is the firmware listed on the
OnStream Linux driver page). I was hopeful this would fix the
problems; however, I got the same errors as before.

One detail: I didn't do a power cycle between the downgrade and
booting into Linux, but I'm assuming that a drive reset should be
enough to have it run the new firmware.

Anyway, now that I know that I'm not the only one seeing this problem,
I'm going to stop doing random testing. Back to my regular work!
