Ethernet support for Linux(Help)

Hi all,
I am currently using Red Hat Linux 6.1 Kernel version 2.2.12-20.
The ethernet card is Compex RL100ATX 10/100 Base PCI.
This version of linux doesn't give any support for this card.
So i am unable to connect to the network.
Could someone help me in finding this Driver.
