Incorrect values in /proc/sys/fs/file-nr [pre9-2]

In pre9-2, if I cat /proc/sys/fs/file-nr, I get strange
results..

718 -1055761952 0

This is straight after booting, with nothing out of the
ordinary being run in rc scripts..
