Yep, there is. The kernel-level stuff seems mostly OK now, I am
working on the user-level (pppd) and there is a beta out, available at
ftp://linuxcare.com.au/pub/ppp/ppp-2.4.0b2.tar.gz. There are still some
issues with the pppd support at this stage but it basically works.

I have a version of the kernel driver back-ported to 2.2.15pre but I am
not sure that it should go into the official 2.2 series, not just yet
anyway.
