Linux kernel 2.3.99-pre4 doesn't compile with IRDA enabled. Once I disable
the IRDA support, everything compiles OK, but when I boot it I get as far as:

...

This happens repeatably every time I boot. It's the first Linux kernel
(including development series kernels) that's ever died that severely!

Hardware: Sony VAIO PCG-505TR, 300MHz Mobile Pentium, 64M RAM.
