I give up. My best guess at what !E and !I stand for is 'Exported
symbols' and 'Inline functions'.

But kernel-api.tmpl only includes some of the documented functions, and it
doesn't make sense. :-( dget, for instance, is in there, but dput isn't.

Anyone care to explain it?
