i need to install handlers which are called when the machine goes
to suspend mode or wakes up.
this is because i've got this problem:
when the processor stops when sound playback (es1371) is running,
the last second is played in an loop. (really ugly!)
so i wanna have an handler which switches off the soundcard when
the machine is getting suspended and switches it on again when
the machine wakes up.
