hda: timeout waiting for DMA on suspend/resume

When resuming from hibernation on a Thinkpad 240, the machine locks up and
after a minute or so I get the error:
        hda: timeout waiting for DMA
        ide_dmaproc: chipset supported ide_dma_timeout func only: 14
This happens even if I do hdparm -d 0 /dev/hda prior to hibernating. I'm
using APM.
