These three companies are working directly with me to resolve Linux
compatabilty issues. Of course there are other drive manufactures that
have made reliable products, but they are not actively working with for
courting the Linux community............

This chipset is setup for PIO and DMA mode 2 for ATA-2.
There ULTRA DMA settings are not set and disabled!
This is why you are having problems........
