I already found it. New entry in tulip/eeprom.c caused tulip to switch
on my halfduplex 10BaseT to fullduplex. After I removed "NetWinder"
entry from tulip/eeprom.c it works again without any glitch. And as
I do not understand these entries, I left it to Jeff Garzik to resolve
it.
