2.2.15 question about SMP filedesc strangeness

Hi,

AFAIK, it's known problem that 2.2.14 on SMP will produce strange things
with for example apt-get update. Will it be fixed in 2.2.15 kernel or
any of the existing 2.2.15pre kernels ?
