this is the newest 'official' lowlatency patch against pre13-2.2.15:

William Montgomery has patiently collected/implemented/tested the
following fixes relative lowlatency-2.2.14-B1:

  - new patch is against 2.2.15pre13 (Alan Cox kernel series)
    (William Montgomery)

  - patch clean up - removed whitespace and no effect changes
     drivers/char/n_tty.c
     include/asm-i386/smplock.h
    (William Montgomery)

  - fixed misc filesystem/buffer-cache problems
    (Andrea Arcangeli/Ingo Molnar/Roger Larsson)
