2.2.14 & CONFIG_FILTER

Attempting to setup dhcp server on a 2.2.14 machine, it sayd I need
CONFIG_FILTER and CONFIG_PACKET (I have config_packet as a module atm). I
did this and now the machine that is running 2.2.14 with config_filter
enabled I'm unable to mount machines via nfs.

Ideas?
