af_packet.o unresolved symbol in 2.3.47

When running a depmod -a -e while using the 2.3.47, i get the following
unresolved symbol:

depmod: *** Unresolved symbols in /lib/modules/2.3.47/misc/af_packet.o
depmod: br_ioctl_hook

This also happened on 2.3.47-7 pre-kernel.
