     Unfortunately, I got the same result with Sparc-64 (Ultra-1) and Intel
Pentium, exactly the same symptoms, prints Booting Linux... and then hangs,
so I'm convinced there must be something stupid I'm doing but not clear what.
Is a newer lilo required for 2.3.x?
