A newer version of modutils will provide better data in ksyms which
ksymoops 2.3 can use to accurately determine module addresses.
ftp://ftp.ocs.com.au/pub/modutils/v2.3.

klogd tries to do its own conversion of the oops. Unfortunately it
removes the data that ksymoops needs to do its work correctly. Start
klogd with -x (no decode) or better still, apply the sysklogd patch
from ftp://ftp.ocs.com.au/pub/ksymoops/v2.3.
