Grab 2.2.14aa1 to fix the too-much-swapout 2.2.x problem.

About the different behaviour between 2.2.13 and 2.2.14 there is not good
reason in the common code as far I can tell. Also there isn't such a
difference here. Maybe it's a device driver change?
