isapnp in 2.3.40-4

Thanks to the one who fixed the isapnp makefile

There are however two problems still left.

In the toplevel Makefile, linking in
isa-pnp.o should now depend on CONFIG_ISAPNP instead
of CONFIG_PNP

ifeq ($(CONFIG_PNP),y)
DRIVERS := $(DRIVERS) drivers/pnp/isa-pnp.o
endif

The following exceprt from pre-patch-2.3.40-4.gz now breaks certain combinations,
like NE2K builtin and ISAPNP as module.

-#if defined(CONFIG_ISAPNP) || (defined(CONFIG_ISAPNP_MODULE) && defined(MODULE))
+#if defined(CONFIG_ISAPNP) || defined(CONFIG_ISAPNP_MODULE)
