If I deny access to someone and someone else purposely allows themself to
be used as a gateway to my resources to a denied host, they risk being cut
off themselves.
The bottom line is that there IS a responsible open relay filter out
there, the MAPS RSS (Relay Spam Stopper) that I myself use and I encourage
others to use. Relay spam is a bad thing and should be stopped.
