2.3.39: assertion entries in the syslog

I found the following syslog entries this morning:

an 16 10:11:11 aba kernel: KERNEL: assertion (dst!=NULL) failed at
tcp_output.c(96):tcp_advertise_mss
Jan 16 10:11:33 aba identd[4090]: started
Jan 16 10:13:11 aba kernel: KERNEL: assertion (dst!=NULL) failed at
tcp_output.c(96):tcp_advertise_mss
Jan 16 10:15:11 aba kernel: KERNEL: assertion (dst!=NULL) failed at
tcp_output.c(96):tcp_advertise_mss

Network here is dialup ppp and a 3c509 card.
Anything to worry about?
