Alas, klogd has already tried to convert the oops and made a mess of
it, the data that ksymoops needs to do its work has been overwritten.
You need to start klogd with -x so it keeps its sticky fingers off the
oops data. Edit /etc/rc.d/init/syslog, change "daemon klogd" to
"daemon klogd -x" then /etc/rc.d/init/syslog restart. Reproduce the
oops to get a clean report, preferably with the latest modutils as
well.

This warning and the second oops are because the kernel failed while
printing the oops report. Ignore the second oops.
