Hi,

the attached patch (against 2.2.14) lets you configure the mcdx driver
(for old Mitsumi CDROM drives) without editing mcdx.h manually. It doesn't
look extremly elegant, but it works.

Since the first version I have renamed the NUMBER_MCDXx options to
CONFIG_NUMBER_MCDXx and skipped a not needed #if .
