starnge mail behaviour

Hi All,
I am now on a RedHat 6.1 box. I am observing a strange problem.
When I send an email to <spgoyal@bigfoot.com> using Pine the same returns
back indicating following error but when i send email using "mail -v
spgoyal@bigfoot.com" it recahes at the destination.

Here is one of the return mails.
