(no subject)

Hi,
I know, that this is probably a very simple question, but
I just don't know whats going on.

When I do ifup eth0 I get this message:

SIOCADDR: Sit neni dostupna

[Which means roughly The network inaccessible (or unavailable)]

The output of ifconfig goes:

When I tcpdump eth0 and try to send anything to the server
through another computer, the tcpdump is dumb.

Does anybody know what's going on?
