[Q]: How to force 100baseTX media selection...(take 2)

Hi All, maybe this time I'll find a knowledgeable(sp?) one

I'm doing some testing with 2 machines linked with a crossover
cable,
one with a DEC tulip based card and one with a Realtek 8129.
I want to know if is some quick and even dirty trick to force
that
things to STAY on 100baseTX and skip the autonegotiation, forcing full
duplex is also a +.
