Getting and posting news without suck or newsflash/postit

Hi,

how can I administrate the posting and receipt of news within an intranet,
the server with the inn is 172.24.108.99, without newsfeeds/postit or
suck.

In the documentations to inn I read that newsfeeds only function when the
porvider has the function newnews enabled. On the other side I havn't found
suckstuff unter /var/lib/news/such.
