Using Ftp on my Redhat Linux 5.0

I wanted to transfer a file from my Local machine to the Ftp account at my
Isp. When you have the graphical interface of Ws-Ftp on windows, it's easy
to drag and drop from my Local machine to the ftp server of my Isp. But on a
Linux box, how can I do it? Cause when I'm on my Isp Ftp server, there's no
way to go back to my local machine and move the file to my Isp Ftp server! I
just wanna know how can I move a file from my Local PC to my Isp's Ftp
Account?
