Something keeps changing my Dial-Up Server. When I tried to send a message I
get "Server not responding..." I went to the control panel --dialup
networking--clicked on connections and discovered "allow caller access" was
cleared and "no caller acess" was checked. As soon as I changed it back, I
was able to seen messages. However, something keeps changing it back again.
Help!
