Intel EtherExpress Pro 10+ Problems

I am having difficulties installing an Intel EtherExpress Pro 10+ with
Linux (kernel 2.0.34). I have tried with the card in Plug N Play mode and
also in ISA mode (irq=10 io=220). The RedHat setup program could not
auto-detect the card nor does setting the right driver in the conf.modules.
When I set it manually I get a "Resourse Busy - Delaying initialization of
Eth0". Can someone help? I checked out SuSE and the hardware database said
the chipset it supported.
