Okay, so my NIC is an AsanteFAST 10/100 PCI...
I write here my ifconfig after a moment of using linux :

lo Link encap:Local Loopback
inet addr:127.0.0.1 Bcast:127.255.255.255 Mask:255.0.0.0
EtherTalk Phase 2 addr:0/0
UP LOOPBACK RUNNING MTU:3924 Metric:1
RX packets:423 errors:0 dropped:0 overruns:0
TX packets:0 errors:87667 dropped:423 overruns:0

eth0 Link encap:Ethernet HWaddr 00:00:94:A9:8C:4C
inet addr:172.16.20.218 Bcast:172.16.20.255 Mask:255.255.255.0
UP BROADCAST RUNNING MULTICAST MTU:1500 Metric:1
RX packets:5952 errors:0 dropped:0 overruns:0
TX packets:0 errors:4553016 dropped:61 overruns:3397
Interrupt:9 Base address:0x7400

it seems to be no TX packets well sent...
with eth0, but with lo too... Perhaps it is not a problem with the adapter...

Any idea ?
