sendmail's name

I have a small network that dial's up form time to time to my ,main office
I have several dialup lines , I have mail ok at both sites but when the
dial-up is running and the remote site tryes to send mail its gets
rejected .

but a client on the network using the dialup box as its smtp works ok ?
