You mean 133.237.209.in-addr.arpa

Non-authoritative answer:

Authoritative answers can be found from:
DN2.4BIZ.NET internet address = 208.214.24.10
DN1.4BIZ.NET internet address = 208.214.24.5

The PTR record has to go in those nameservers (which incidentally are very
badly set up, being on the same network - this ISP needs to read RFC2182)
