Any X server will do this. Kenton Lee's page has some links regarding
X servers for non-Unix systems.

There is one free one which I know of, called MI/X:

but it's not as good as the commercial ones.

There's also a program called VNC:

http://www.orl.co.uk/vnc/

which does a similar thing, but by different means (you need VNC at
both ends; you can't just use it on the client end).
