ISA Card with 16550 UART

I'm looking for a simple solution to run an external ISDN T/A on an older
VESA VLB 486 system which has 8250 UARTS. I'm hoping there's a serial
card that I can set COM and IRQ which has 16550A UARTS on it that fits the
ISA bus. I know I can obtain full I/O cards with floppy and IDE
controllers, but I'm hoping just for a serial card which may even do
230,000 so I can take advantage of full 128k.
Has anyone else done this, and if so what's the card and where can I
obtain it? I see no sense in trashing the 486, it's been a stable router
for a long time using internal modems. I wish to avoid internal ISDN
modems however.
TIA
Joe
