Kernelroute problem with 2.1.122

Got problems with 2.1.122. Kernel seems to refuse SIOCDELRT (delete
route). I'm using net-tools 1.46 and modutils 2.1.121.

Same effect with 'route del x.x.x.x' or when running 'gated'.
Error messages produced are strange. Either 'No such process'
or 'Invalid arguments'.

The interface runs MULTICAST and ALLMULTI, but 'gated' seems to
ignore alle multicast routing messages (ospf or rip V2).

Any suggestions ?
