WinNT through masq. GW and ascend router

Here is what I have:

------ --------- ---------- ---------- -------- ---------
| | | | | | | | | | | |
| NT |--+ Masq. |--| Ascend |--(ISDN)--| Ascend |--| Masq |--| Win95 |
| | | GW | | | | | | GW | | |
------ --------- ---------- ---------- -------- ---------

Actually the scheme is quite a bit more complicated than this, but I think
this will suffice. My problem is that I can ping the NT machine from the
Win 95 machine (using static routes in the routers), but I cannot see them
via 'Find Computer' (IP address or server name). I thought that if I could
ping, I could connect via 'Find Computer.'

My systems:
Both GW's are RH5.1. NT is using 172.20.0.23 and 95 is using 172.16.0.X.
The ascends are using real addresses. The Ascend routers are Pipeline 130s.
Anybody got any ideas. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
