dynamic configuration of TCP/IP driver

Hello,

Does the Linux kernel support dynamic configuration of
parameters within the TCP/IP driver module? For example,
what if you wanted to change the "listen queue" size on
the fly? In Solaris, there is a command called "ndd" that
lets you get and set parameter values of the TCP/IP (and
other kernel modules) driver.
