Hi, all:
Sorry if the question seems stupid, but what should be done to
implement DIX/802.3 in software (They are always on the ether-net card
nowadays)? There are certainly the Tx, Rx components implemented as hard
ware and a driver should be written to send and receive signals from the
wire and convert them to a computer-readable format.
