Still can not connect to linuxconf through the web from port 98!

I have just install RH5.1 on a P200 with 128MB memory. I post a message =
about my problem of not been able to connect to the Linux Server using =
the browser at http://<host>:98/ as started by Linuxconf readme.

Can anyone help me? What setup do I need to do? I've do the basic setup =
from the control panel... Included my client PC in the access list.
