Setting a ppp-server

Hello,
I've seen your message on the mailing list. My problem is taht I would like
to do the same thing than you (setting up a ppp server ) so that people can
dial into my computer and surf, or fecth their mail.
I don't know how to do so, and if you know any How-To or other doxument
that can help, yhanx a lot.
As a quite rough request: If you could explain it directly to me it would
be heaven on earth !!!
