All they won was the right to inspect the code to look for evidence of
anticompetitive gotchas built into Windows. They don't get to use the code
for any other purpose. MS wanted a stipulation that the people who inspect
the code be barred from working in the OS field for 18 months or so, but
the judge denied it.
