Web/Ftp server behind firewall

I have a web & ftp server behind our firewall that needs to be accessed
from the outside. I've got ipportfw in place and it works well. The
problem I have is that we need to use passive ftp on the client side ( we
are using browsers to upload files to the ftp site ) which randomly
allocates a port to be used for the data connection back to the server.
How can I make our firewall faward all requests on an ip address to a
specific host?
