Masquerading only works for outbound connections. If you are running
multiple servers (or IP-based virtual hosting), then you will need
multiple IP addresses.

It depends upon the load placed upon it. There isn't really any way to
find out whether it's adequate other than to try it.

Get more IP addresses and more servers.
