Certainly not Exim. It may be in a tie with Smail.

Which is enough to make most people bleed from their eyes. : P

I'm using Exim at two sites and am very happy with it, especially since the
single config file is quite easy to work with. The x11 eximon util is also
extremely useful for diagnosing problems.
