DHCP with Multiple Nics

I'm trying to set up a DHCP server on a Linux box that does routing
between two subnets (two nics). I only want to use the dhcp server
on the private side (192.168.x.x).

YES, I've read the How-tos and the documentation without any luck.

Has anyone gotten DHCP to work with Multiple Nics and if so what is
the kerel version and the DHCP server version?
