hi,
I am using a router (running Kernel 2.1.102)
having two ethernet interfaces. Two different hosts
are connected to each of the interfaces. I need to set
an IPv6 route (to a specified host/network and default
gateway). Using route command with -A inet6 option is
giving :
#Host: Error 0.

Can anybody tell me how to do it. The route program I
am using is one which comes with Slackware 3.3
distribution (net-tools 1.432, route 1.94). Inet6 is
supported as route -A inet6 is showing routes for
local net and loopback.
If some other route program is required then pleae
tell
the URL to download it.

If you think that I am not issuing the route command
properly then please tell the correct syntex with
examples.

I am using following command to set the route:
route -A inet6 add -host 4000:1::e82a:497 gw
4000::80:48Ed:E8FA

Thanks,
S
